Tapingo

Redesigned and implemented a courier phone masking service. By leveraging a thoughtful design I was able to save Tapingo tens of thousands of dollars annually.

Developed a plan for replacing Tapingo's courier scheduling system and performed it. This was a multi-developer multi-month project. The plan was broken down in a way that each step could be deployed to production when completed with incremental benefit gained, while keeping technical complexity and risk to a minimum.

Redesigned and reimplemented the courier wage service, breaking it off the monolith and enabling real-time wage calculation that's displayed in the courier app.
