Setting up a CRM is good, making sure it's well furnished is even better.

✍🏼 After setting up Salesforce, I'm in charge of prospecting for all the sales people via Pardot, so they spend more time on the field. 

🧑‍🏫 I'm taking Maria Schools' Growth training course in parallel with my activities to develop new skills in scrapping & automation.

The company is experiencing double-digit growth. Everything is shaping up for us to achieve a great Series A.

🦠 But Covid-19 is paralyzing all our activities.

[Chapter IV]
Covid-19 may have prevented us from delivering to companies, but we could still do it for consumers.

🛒 The stores are jammed, and it's impossible to get your groceries delivered in the Paris areas. Within 10 days, we were on Jow.fr and able to deliver again.

I've had a taste of B2C marketing, and I love it! 

Covid doesn't last forever, our business picks up.

🐛 ➡️ 🦋 We're changing our service to create the closest groceries stores. The market size is much larger. 

🧑🏽‍🎨 We're pivoting, evolving our brand platform. I'm leading the project with the founders, Lord agency and Chiara, who has just joined us. 

🌱 ➡️ 🌳 The pivot completed. We start a PR approach. I manage different agencies: PR, Sales Ops and Paid.

📍 We quickly reach 10,000 users. I implement Customer Marketing to optimize revenue. 

Using Hightouch, Segment and Customer.io, I deliver the right message in the right medium at the right time.

"Startups should plan for the worst", Adapting to Endure by Sequoia 
We need to be profitable.

👨‍🔧 Prio 0: cut costs, develop new revenue streams. 

The team is smaller, we need to do more with less. I'm honing my NoCode skills to automate as many tasks as possible.

1 year after meeting Rafaël in Pierre's studio when they hadn't yet filed the articles of incorporation for TOTEM, I'm finally part of the adventure.

I am thrilled to join a project whose vision I share: changing people's alienation with work. What a mission!
At that time, we were mainly targeting tech startups that wanted to invest in their teams.

I bring my sales skills developed in my previous experiences.

We were 6 at the time, and yet our product was already much better than Hourra is today for ordering snacks, fruits, and drinks for more than one person.

Tiller Systems is making a lot of noise!
It is said to be the best school for becoming a salesperson at that time.

It's true! Even today, I share every learning with my salespeople and anyone who wants to hear it.

🥷 I learn to sell an iPad-based cash register solution through video calls to a target not known for its technical skills, all in one shot and up-front, no less.
🕵️ Sales is no longer a secret to me:

Goals:
1 sale/day of sales
1/7 appointments converted
40% no-show, 3 days to complete appointments, 2 days to generate them.
So I had to generate 40 appointments per week to hope to make 21, ultimately closing 3 weekly sales and reaching my objective & key results for the period. 
All done through cold calling.

Freshly graduated, I take a closer look at this new phenomenon in France: Startups.

I join YouShould as the first employee and salesperson. After my experience at NIKE, I was looking for impact, and I found it - everything is moving extremely fast!

📈 Or rather: it's about growing, quickly, and at all costs!

When I arrive, we have 150 clients, and we want to reach the milestone of 1,000 establishments listed across France to become the number 1 online bar reservation platform.

🧠 I discover The Family, the concepts of #care, #payitforward, and take advantage of all the content they produce to learn from the experiences of entrepreneurs in their portfolio.

🏎 I open the cities of Lyon, Lille, and Brussels, in 3 weeks each.
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 I recruit, train, and develop new talents to continue our growth.
🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 I share and gain as much experience as possible with my counterpart in England when we enter this market.

First entrepreneurial experience! We had already organized about ten events during our year at the BDE and wanted to continue the adventure.

With our network shared between SKEMA and EDHEC, we already had the audience, we just needed to continue organizing events.

🪩 Villas, ski resorts, private beaches in Cannes... As many unusual places as you can find on the French Riviera.
🧑‍🏭 It was enriching, with each event, we felt like we were starting over.
🌦 I learned that I didn't want to continue in event organization. A sector where every weather hazard has the power of life or death over the event and the company that organizes it.

My face when I remember this experience: 🤩

I learned what brand image power is all about. 10 years later, I still don't wear any other sneakers! My red blood cells are shaped like a Swoosh.

🧱 A company that exudes its culture! A culture that instilled the feeling that each person contributed as much to this empire as any athlete.

Otherwise:
⚙️ Cognos, Excel, SAP... many processes to integrate and tools to handle.
🪄 I realized that I was really comfortable with the tools, however "heavy" they might be to use. I also discovered a passion for simplifying task processes.

Why didn't I stay?
A company as big as Nike didn't match my sense of impact.
