Manage and develop all marketing communications for all Fluke Thermography current and new products. Generate and execute global marketing plans and programs to increase revenue for the Test & Measurement market, whilst coordinating with the European, Asian and Americas Marketing and Marketing Communication teams.

•	Establish and own the go-to-market strategy for new product introductions (NPIs) globally, including initial budget recommendation. 18 hardware and software products launched to date. 
•	Manage budget for the marketing organization, $5 million yearly budget
•	Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders including, product management, digital marketing, content marketing, commercial strategy and sales, and regional teams on a global basis to support and execute the go-to-market plans (digital marketing tactics, channel programs/promotions, partnerships, sales, events, PR activities, etc.)
•	Build product positioning, naming, value propositions, and core messaging that resonate with customers, tell a story, and differentiates us in the market
•	Create global marketing and sales collateral (one-pagers, battle cards, datasheets, sales decks/materials, web copy, and more) that clearly articulates the value of Fluke products
•	Responsible for ongoing demand generation in North America, South America, Europe, Middle East, Africa
o	~16,000 leads generated annually
o	$42 Million dollars generated in opportunity funnel annually 
o	$7.8 Million dollars in revenue generated directly from marketing activities

Global Product Marketing Manager - Routine Maintenance

Managed and developed the Marketing Communications programs for Fluke thermography worldwide. Generated and executed upon new creative Marketing programs to increase revenue for the Test & Measurement market, whilst coordinating with the European, Asian and Americas Marketing and Marketing Communication teams.

•	Manage budget for the marketing organization, $5 million yearly budget
•	Manage localization and translation of new product introduction collateral for worldwide teams on over 20 websites and 23 languages
•	Plan market developments with the marketing managers and understood the large portfolio of products and markets, planning campaigns, go to market strategy and sales enablement tools
•	Facilitate content updates on Fluke internet and Fluke websites, creation of new web content
•	Review and discuss market developments with the Marketing managers and understand the large portfolio of products and markets
•	Manage global promotions including translating to 23 langauges multiple currencies and tracking success through campaign responses
