WHO I AM:
I am passionate about building meaningful connections and advancing efforts that empower communities through education, innovation, and opportunity.
 
A lawyer, emerging technology thought leader and global author, I co-authored 'Legal Operations in the Age of AI and Data,' My chapter explores the intersection of legal operations, workplace initiatives, and data analytics. 

As Chief Impact and Community Engagement Officer for ReGen Valley Tech Hub, led by the Advanced Regenerative Manufacturing Institute, our aim is to make New Hampshire a global leader in the biofabrication industry.

Additionally, as Founder at Get Tech Smart, I specialize in aiding organizations in data storytelling for project assessment, ensuring successful outcomes.

I serve on several boards, including the NextGen Valley Resiliency Council. I am actively engaged in the Build Back Better Regional Challenge coalition, which secured a $44 million grant in 2022 to drive inclusive growth in the biomedical manufacturing industry.

Recognized for my contributions, I’ve been honored with awards such as NH Business Review Outstanding Women in Business 2023, NH Tech Alliance Tech Professional of the Year 2023, and as an ABA Women of Legal Tech 2023 honoree. In 2024, I was named to the New Hampshire 200 list, celebrating leaders shaping the state’s economy and innovation. I am also a TEDx speaker.

👉🏽Last week, I had the honor of attending New Hampshire Businesses for Social Responsibility’s 25th Anniversary Celebration — marking 25 years of uniting purpose-driven leaders and businesses across our state.

👉🏽As a former NHBSR Board Member, I was proud to return to celebrate this milestone — this time attending in my current capacity with the ReGen Valley Tech Hub, supporting our consortium member NHBSR. 

👉🏽For 25 years, NHBSR has been connecting leaders, elevating employees, and helping businesses lead with integrity and purpose — showing that progress and people can grow together.

👉🏽The room was full of energy and connection. From inspiring conversations with business and community leaders to a wonderful display of food prepared by local small business restaurants, every moment reflected what NHBSR stands for: community, collaboration, and care in action.

👉🏽This milestone was more than a celebration — it was a statement of impact. NHBSR has played a vital role in shaping how businesses across New Hampshire think about leadership, people, and purpose. Their work continues to strengthen not only our workplaces but the very communities we live in.

🗣️Last week, I had the honor of speaking at Manchester Community College’s 80th Anniversary Celebration, and it was a powerful reminder of what access, opportunity, and community truly mean.

👉🏽I was invited to share why the partnership between ReGen Valley Tech Hub and MCC is so vital.

🗣️During my remarks, I spoke about something deeply personal — and central to why this work matters.

👉🏽For many people, including families like mine years ago, higher education didn’t feel possible.
Not because of a lack of drive, but because college seemed out of reach — financially, logistically, or because no one ever told them they belonged in those spaces.

👉🏽And that’s exactly where community colleges change lives.

👉🏽Community colleges are powerful institutions that make education attainable, practical, and accessible for those who believe college is “not for them” or “too expensive.”

👉🏽They open pathways that strengthen families, uplift communities, and help people see a future that once felt impossible.

👉🏽That message sat at the heart of MCC’s 80-year celebration — because for eight decades, MCC has been expanding what is possible for students across New Hampshire.

👉🏽Our partnership with MCC is grounded in that same belief: that opportunity should be within reach, that talent exists everywhere,
and that New Hampshire residents deserve clear, attainable pathways into meaningful careers — including those being created through ReGen Valley’s growing biofabrication industry.

👉🏽Events like this remind me why celebrating our partners matters. ReGen Valley is stronger because of institutions like MCC that expand access and open doors for generations.
