-     Manage Sales, P&L, A&P and Trade promotion budget. Conduct financial feasibility, Initiate price, cost structures Evaluate business performance of new product & any special trade campaign.
-	Lead integrated marketing campaign for all above and below the line activities. 
-	Drive digital marketing communication strategy and explore new digital trend to gain brand awareness, engagement and sales conversion across social platforms including Google Ads, Facebook ads, YouTube. Set actionable KPI which related to the strategic plan in order to leverage ROI and ROAS ( also monitoring on CPC, CPV, CPA).  Have professional UI/UX design experience work for both web and mobile platforms. 
-	Find new business opportunity to the portfolio. Lead and develop channel in each category. Understand customer journey in each market in both offline and online channel (e-commerce) 
-	Drive trade promotion nationwide campaign including lucky draw, loyalty campaign. 
-	Working with cross function (RD, Factory, Procurement, Finance) to develop and launch NPD
