●	Manage all financial transactions, posting debit and credit, producing financial statement and record all transactions
●	Reconcile bank balances; record general ledger entries
●	Communicated with suppliers to address inquiries and resolve issues.
●	Review balance sheet account, reconcile and prepare associated balance sheet note
●	Perform all AP transaction and Reconciliation Creditor statement vs Balance sheet.
●	Tracking AP aging from an average of 120 days to 60 days by monthly basis.
●	Accrual for facility related expenses on monthly basis & perform monthly reconciliation.
●	Liaise with internal and external auditor and other statutory bodies.Liaise with Bank Negara for    Foreign Currency remittance.
●	Collecting original invoice -Ensure all invoices has been properly verified and authorized. 
●      Prepare Payment - In charge of all payment for local & overseas suppliers . - Prepare                payment vouchers and booked the account code . - Check issue and online payment - For checked issued after being verified and approved, bank in to all suppliers and email out the payment advice to all suppliers.Update daily and monthly payment transactions in SAP System.
●Monthly closing - Closing for check payment - Closing for on-line payment - All payment in log book is tally with SAP and bank statement. - Bank reconciliation (excel bank book tally with SAP System & bank statement) - Cash flow report, get approval and submit to HQ in Korea. - GST Submission.
 ●Ensure financial record are maintained in compliance with corporate policies and procedures Cash Management:- - Update petty cash voucher to SAP. - Daily cash closing - Comparing petty cash balance as per SAP , Cash excel file & Cash Box.
 ●Global Staff Payroll - Status of global staff - Checking time sheet (overtime,leave, MC) - Checking of any personal usage from Company (Advance) - Calculate their Salary follow by each of their contract.
