As a Product Manager at Zoho Creator, I am passionate about creating innovative and user-friendly applications that solve real-world problems and add value to customers. Zoho Creator is a low-code platform that enables anyone to build custom applications without coding, and I joined the team in March 2024 to bring my expertise and experience in application development, architecture, and design. Before joining Zoho Creator, I worked at Hippo Video, a video customer experience platform, for more than six years. I started as a Developer, then became an Associate Product Manager, and eventually a Product Manager, leading the development and launch of several key features and integrations that increased user engagement, retention, and conversion rates. I also contributed to the product roadmap, market research, user feedback, and competitor analysis, using data-driven and customer-centric approaches. I hold a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science.
