Project Involved: Sarawak Shallow Water Facilities (EPC & EPCIC) - BORF, GOPA, GOPB, MEPA, SAAA & SAPA (Greenfield & Brownfield)

•	Briefing on company's procedure to  various parties (consultants, vendors, contractors) 
•	Handling work order (WOR) and Management  of change (MOC) projects 
•	Coordinate all activities related to the document control, including technical documents, procedure, specification, and drawing into LIVELINK system. (EDMS)
•	Managing technical drawings and documents
•	Updating Master Document Register for tracking record
•	Managing controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings and segregate to PMT for review and returned to subcontractors and vendors
•	Assisting project team on final documentation review

DOCUMENT CONTROLLER

SCOMI KMC SDN BHD (SCOMI GROUP)

a) To be part of tender committee in compilation of information for Malaysia Operations tenders both for Drilling Fluids & Drilling Waste Management (coordinate preparation and administration of the tender and contracts documents)
b) To do the administrative works concerning tender and contracts matters (check for fax-in/fax-out for new Invitation to Bid notification, bid clarifications, typing and photocopying documents)
c) To assist the MOPs Senior Top Management in reviewing the contract documents and highlighting any matters pertaining to contract to them
d) To manage Post-Tendering process (ie: to obtain the Bank Guarantee/Performance Guarantee for the awarded contracts after receiving the Letter of Award)
e) To update the insurance agent on any additional contracts for the insurance coverage policies
f) To monitor the validity of contract durations, insurance coverage policies and Bank Guarantees

EXECUTIVE CONTRACT & TENDER

Manage the project documents as per company’s requirements and procedure 
•	Managing BORF Reception Building Project
•	Involve in archiving exercises as one of the data management procedure
•	Migrating the documents and drawings from Fusion into Livelink

Document Control Assistant

Experienced Document Controller with a demonstrated history of working in the oil and gas industry. Skilled in Gas, Petroleum, Microsoft Office Suite, Documentation Management and Administration. Strong administrative professional with a Bsc.Human Development focused in Social Science from University Putra Malaysia.
