Australia’s fastest-growing global EdTech platform. Selected in Cohort 1 of LaunchVic's exclusive 30x30 program (which identifies 30 Victorian scaleups that will reach unicorn status by 2030), raised a $10 million Series A round in July last year, and is the exclusive employability provider for the Victorian Government's $64 million Digital Jobs program.

My focus in this role was mainly on improving global business processes and reporting to our key stakeholders, working with teams across globe: Australia, UK, Canada, US, South Africa. This includes maintaining several databases and leading a team.

My day-to-day:
- Gathering, validating, and documenting requirements using frameworks like the A3 template
- Analysing commercial data (attribution, customer journey, KPIs, marketing and sales, forecasts and goals, customers, etc.)
- Modelling processes and customer journeys (BPMN 2.0)
- Implementing data-driven solutions to detected inefficiencies
- Training and educating teams to execute respective processes, acting as a subject matter expert,
- Leading a team of data and systems administrators.

Some projects I'm proud of:
- Led the successful optimisation of a critical operational process, achieving up to a 45% reduction in turnaround time and streamlining operations;
- Received a 95% positive feedback rate for training workshops, contributing to enhanced team capabilities;
- Presented InternMatch at workshops with over 300 attendees recognised by executive leadership and strategic stakeholders;
- Detected operational inefficiencies, yielding a substantial 100% increase in B2C sales;
- Contributing to UAT and improvements to the Global InternMatch platform;
- Delegating a team of up to 6 data and systems administrators.

Business Analyst

- Led the placements team working on the Digital Jobs program;
- Delegated tasks, setting expectations, and providing guidance and feedback to team members;
- Mentored and trained new team members, contributing to a 30% reduction in customer onboarding time and improved team cohesion;
- Collaborating with team leaders, the General Manager, and the COO to execute process and program improvements.

Acting Team Leader

The Victorian Government’s Digital Jobs program is a $64m Victorian Government initiative to build the state’s digital workforce by training and upskilling mid-career Victorians so they can transition into digital careers.

- Managing accounts, developing new business relationships, and meeting hiring requirements for AI/Machine Learning & Cyber Security fields (accounts include Nbnco., Deloitte, KPMG, Salesforce, Infosys, HESTA, DXC, Sahaj.Software, Infosys, RMIT Training, Victorian Government Departments and more);
- Collaborating with the InternMatch, Department of Jobs, Precincts and Regions, and Hudson teams to improve the placement component of DJp;
- Identifying areas where our placement processes could be improved, implementing changes to streamline operations and improve outcomes;
- Conducting regular reviews of our processes, identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement, and working with the team to implement changes.

Creators to brands

Getting more and more involved in the project, I picked up further responsibilities and took more teams under my lead.

- Scaled the production from  0 videos per month to 5000 videos per month within just 1 month, handling multiple projects at the same time;
- Recruited, established, and managed a 100% online team of 18 staff engaged in searching for and onboarding creators for the Snapchat Spotlight Seeding Program;
- Developed agency strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term Snapchat objectives (including content strategies and KPIs for social media campaigns), adjusted the strategy based on intermediate insights;
- Led creators community — have onboarded and managed up to 500 creators permanently for the Seeding Program producing over 5000 videos per month in 10+ regions (US, Canada, UK, Russia, Brazil, France, Mexico, Germany, Argentina, Saudi Arabia, UAE)

Project for Snapchat: Head of Partnerships

I had the privilege of being invited to this project at its early stages and participating in building the foundations. Some great things this project empowered me to be in charge on:

- Developed from scratch and implemented a full-cycle process of onboarding influencers - creators: every step from searching for talents to be enrolled in the agency’s content production programs, holding negotiations, and selecting the programs’ participants, to the successful accomplishment of the contracts;
- Established partnerships with external content creation agencies;
- Recruited, built, and led a team of 5 engaged in attracting influencers.

Delivered some cool projects (around 30+) including short films, music videos, editorial fashion shootings, commercial ads, creative shootings, luxury brands fashion shootings, and personal styling. I mainly acted as a creative director and stylist on those projects, getting my own teams together and having fun!

ROLF is the biggest dealer holding in the Russian Federation, one of the pioneers at the Russian automobile market. ROLF is ranked 31st in FORBES Russian private companies list.

In this role I researched industry trends and competitors, providing insights to support strategic decision-making, to further explore my thesis topic.

In this role, I was mainly responsible for managing content production from ideation to release, setting KPIs for social media campaigns (likes, shares, CPF, CPC, etc.) measuring content performance. I also helped in organising PR events helping to increase awareness of the company.

- Curated a 2-page spread fortnightly, interviewing 6 fashion industry professionals weekly, foreseeing fashion trends;
- Edited and published articles using InDesign and InCopy, overseeing layout;
- Coordinated relationships and communications with luxury fashion brands and leading PR agencies, such as LVMH, Chanel, Kering, Tsum, Lunar Hare etc;
- Assisted in styling editorial fashion shootings.
