Designed and implemented strategy and process at the executive, department, cross-functional and team level.

Executive Director of Engineering & Execution (E&E) Shared Services at CME Group, the world's leading and most diverse derivatives marketplace. The E&E Shared Services teams provide project delivery services for the $100M project portfolio. Team members serve as a primary interface with the business, and partner with the technology teams to provide clarity and direction. Delivered and supported 5 major Defined Benefit IT Implementation Projects for clients including General Dynamics Corporation, Siemens A.G., and Allstate Corporation.

Taught business training courses to new associate during new hire orientation.
