Great leadership is about empowering people to succeed. I’m currently the Country Lead at Fist Bump's Egypt office, where I handle all things operations — from onboarding and training new team members to making sure everyone is empowered and aligned with our company culture. My goal is to create an environment where people feel supported, can grow, and do their best work. I have a bachelor’s degree in English Literature, which is where I discovered my passions and the path I’m on today. I’m always learning and love exploring new ideas and ways to grow, both personally and professionally. Outside of work, I’m a creative soul. I love reading, painting, writing, traveling, and capturing moments through photography. You’ll often find me enjoying live music or a theater performance, which keeps my creativity flowing.
