A multi-hat Position:
- Follow up with division directors on cascading Laceco’s strategic objectives into processes and organized briefs for meetings where performance is discussed with directors and the company’s partners.
- Distill insights and provided recommendations regarding strategic and cultural alignment with company objectives.
- Lead and organize strategic business initiatives in coordination with the CEO and division directors.
- Coordinate initiatives related to improving performance across teams within the company while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams. (Leveraging AI, Automation, Developing data-driven decision-making processes…)
- Organize the company's Financial Data (Revenue, Cost, and Cashflow). Develop and implement Financial Reporting and P&L Analysis on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Lead the Quality management system while ensuring that organizational processes and services comply with the requirements of the ISO 9001;2015 standard, as well as the client, regulatory, and the organization’s own requirements.
- Establish, develop, and manage the HSE Systems: Environmental and Health & Safety Management Systems by developing and implementing required documents, procedures, and tools as required by ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018 standards.
- Proactively manage resource planning by gathering workload estimates from project managers, conducting comprehensive data analysis, and generating actionable reports that identify potential bottlenecks and recommend solutions to ensure that teams have the capacity to meet project deadlines.
- Organize and plan the Business Development Framework along with the needed tracking tools and build insightful dashboards.
- Coordinate and organize the Project management methodology including processes & procedures, communication threads, toolkits, progress measurement, and KPIs monitoring.
Provide relevant insights and recommendations with statistical support and validity on analysis.

Executive Management

- Planned, organized, and managed all aspects of design and construction including man-hours calculation.
- Set design concepts and systems in coordination with the head of the Department and developed them accordingly while seeking assistance and supervising engineers and draftsmen.
- Handled and tracked project planning and project milestones.
- Produced and reviewed Electrical Power, Lighting, Telecom, Sound, Fire Alarm, CCTV, Lighting, and Earthing Drawings at all levels (Preliminary, Schematic, Detailed and Tender) based on established standards and in constant coordination with the lead engineers and head of the department.
- Developed and supervised complete designs based on a given set of concepts & take part in the project's conceptions based on international standards (BS, NF, NFPA, IEC, IES, EN…).
- Prepared technical reports, letters, progress reports, the scope of work, calculation notes, feasibility studies, and value-engineering analysis.

Senior Electrical Engineer

- Participated in the design and testing of the Electricalapplications and setting the related procedures as part of the development of the Business Requirements Documents.
- Reviewed the data models for external and internal electric utilities and evaluated the data drawings as part of the development of the data assessment report (DAR) and FieldSurvey.
