Managed the IT-portion of the Media division's divestiture from Ericsson to form a new company (MediaKind). Tasks included:

•	Managed the definition and implementation of a new location-based SMS advertising product based on network tower location and proximity to advertiser premises.

Offers & Loyalty Program Manager

• Managed the successful national launch of the Isis mobile wallet to select markets on both Android and iOS mobile devices. Implemented a scaled and reliable production infrastructure to ensure smooth post-launch operations.
• Provided all the necessary back-end support for external partners (merchant, issuer, and MNO), facilitating their ability to manage their respective responsibilities vis-à-vis the Isis mobile wallet client (mobile device and wallet client acquisition, POS compatibility and functionality, payments processing, etc.).
• Worked with internal Real-Time Support (RTS) to provide available highly-specialized and time-critical metrics to interested parties to ensure that the operational integrity of the wallet eco-system was functioning as planned and that potential anomalies were identified and remediated prior to any detrimental impacts to the over-all user experience.

National Launch Program Manager

•	Planned and managed the release activities required to produce, test, and deploy various models of fully-actuated and provisioned NFC-equipped mobile devices to make payment transactions during initial pre-national trials (Alpha, Beta, and pre-Pilot) of the Isis mobile wallet on the AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon mobile networks.
