The internship at Talent Garden was an unexpected journey. It gave me confidence in my branding abilities, and I had the chance to try things I had never done before.

I focused mainly on:

I enjoy things to be done and problems to be solved. 
Clear and kind communication is my key to success while keeping in touch with people. 
I was the go-to person for all my colleagues in all the stages of their employee life cycle. 
I got up every day to see their happy faces and help them when they needed it.

Here are some highlights of my time at Cookie:

- First People and Culture employee at a Tech startup
- Chairman of the Social Committee (event coordinating)
- Created subcultures like the Library, Board Game Nights, Monthly Challenges
- Made sure feminine hygiene products are available
- Reduced food waste in the office
- Organized the office move and took part in creating the new workplace environment

And other small things that kept people engaged.

Alternative School

Passionate about education, I became a partner of a group dedicated to improving outcomes for Hungarian children in Slovakia. 
As the group's research lead, I explored alternative schools and found the Budapest School an optimal choice. I was impressed by the school's innovative curriculum and commitment to personalized learning, which aligned with our goal of providing high-quality education and a child-centric approach. 
Through this experience, I developed valuable skills in coordination, business development, and effective communication.

Motherhood has been a transformative experience that has equipped me with a wide range of transferable skills that are highly valuable in any workplace. As a mother, I have honed my ability to creatively problem-solve, meticulously plan, and actively listen to others.

At the same time, I have learned to embrace the joys and humor of everyday life and have honed my storytelling skills, enabling me to connect with people on a deeper level.

However, I still don't know how to prevent stepping on a Lego. That's the pain point of having kids.

My job involved processing inbound and outbound shipments, using SAP and ERP to archive shipping documents when I worked in the Purchasing Department, later I was transferred to Logistics Department.
After hard work, I felt alive helping create team-building events for HR.

At a certain point in my career, I decided to step back from my marketing role and explore new opportunities. I had the privilege of working with my family in their business, where I gained valuable experience in various roles such as event organization, hospitality, reception, translation, and facilities management.

I found that my natural inclination towards being warm and welcoming made me the perfect candidate to be the first point of contact for visitors and guests. Through this experience, I learned the importance of adaptability and versatility in the workplace, as well as the value of working in a family-owned business that prioritizes teamwork and collaboration.

Additionally, I learned how to make delicious cocktails, which was a fun and valuable skill to acquire.

Felvidék Szépe 2014

Felvidék Szépe was a beauty contest that was created in the spirit of equality for the Hungarian minority in Slovakia. This event developed a partnership with the Miss Universe franchise in Hungary. 

I was the first to join the project after the idea was presented. When the team was big enough, I was the one to supervise the PR and marketing campaigns.

I had the pleasure of negotiating with producers and sponsors, and I got a chance to see how the entertainment industry works.

During my time as a trainee at Slovak Television, I had the opportunity to work on the production of a Hungarian-language news program for the Hungarian minority in Slovakia. 

Being a part of this team allowed me to see the importance of clear communication and attention to detail, and I learned a strong work ethic. Through my work, I gained experience in conducting research, writing scripts, and coordinating with producers to ensure that the final product met the highest standards of quality.

Overall, my experience at Slovak Television allowed me to grow both personally and professionally, and I am grateful for the opportunity to have been a part of such a supportive team.

I have a curious mind, a creative soul, a sensitive heart in an active body.

I worked years in Marketing and Branding and moved mountains to make better education more accessible for kids coming from a minority.
