KLANIK

In charge of specific Tech recruitments for the Amadeus account, I also take care of the strategic management of the account and the animation of our Klanik community!

My key missions:
- Recruit profiles specific to the universe of the account: sourcing, prequalification, seduction of candidates, loyalty during the process, installation assistance
- Support the opening of new agencies abroad: market analysis, contact, assessment of opportunities, analysis of competition
- Accompany the commercial unit: strategic meetings, business presentations, drafting of REX, follow-up of commercial KPi
- Animate the community: welcome new arrivals, inter-community relationship, animation of site meetings, development of employees, follow-up of training plans
- Create and monitor KPIs: regular reporting on account activity, strategy defined according to developments, anticipating change

HR Account Manager

As HR Partner Senior I'm in charge of the recruitment for KLANIK, an IT consulting firm specialized in Software, Cyber, Devops, Cloud, Big data and Agility since 2011.

My missions : 

Recruiting
- Collecting and analysing recruitment needs from operational teams but also directly from our major account clients
- Implementating targeted recruitment strategy based on pre-defined criterias
- Managing the overall recruitment process, from talent identification/sourcing, prequalifications and interviews
- Writing job descriptions on the various jobboards and on Klanik's website
- Monitoring and analyzing KPIs, ensuring candidate's retention throughout the recruitment process
- Identifying "passive talent” through efficient and personalised sourcing
- Creating and implementing new recruitment approaches (new technologies, school relations, Lkdn communication, local events)

Employee's Follow-up: 
- Integrating new consultants (employee project monitoring every 3 months, career management, annual evalutations)
- Support for consulting staff in their involvement in our internal programmes: Knowledge Center, Akt In KLANIK, KORNER, in their training needs...

Senior HR Partner

HR Partner

DynAdmic

- Build and manage the recruiting process for France and International offices (Germany, Mexico, Brazil, UAE..)
- Coordinate the end-to-end recruiting process for entry to mid-level roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate selection
- Screen and interview candidates and make valued recommendations to hiring managers, ensuring cultural fit and quality standards
- Develop candidate pipelines for key roles
- Collaborate with Finance and Managing Team to develop and structure basic offers
- Effectively navigate through all hiring details and administrative aspects
- Deliver basic recruiting metrics and updates to the Hiring managers worldwide
- Develop the employer brand (job boards, social media, website..)

Talent Acquisition Manager

As Strategic Marketing Manager in military avionics department's, my missions were articulated around several topics:

- Market analysis & Benchmarking: collecting, structuring and analyzing internal and external datas, making recommandations accordingly, analyzing offers positionning
- Business Model & go-to-market: analyzing the current model so to improve it, enabling new way of thinking (through design thinking workshops) to disrupt the market
- Value Proposition workshops: creating and animating value proposition workshops with both technical and commercials teams, analyzing deeply the products/proposal value, testing these propositions through client's meetings, so to enhance our speeches and true added-value
- Strategic Product Marketing Plan: participating regularly in cross Business Units workshops so to coordinate products mapping throughout the departements
- Operational Marketing: participating in content creation for commercial support (flyers, leaflet, boards)
- International Fairs:  participating and presenting the products to international clients

Marketing & Business Intelligence Officer

To support the UAE Country Director and DGDI objectives :

•	Managing Sales Operations and Support – Forecasting, analyzing, reporting and producing the business and markets reviews
•	Supporting the Strategy and Marketing department – Producing presentations and reports, coordinating and updating all the follow-ups regarding all our activities
•	Liaise and coordinate regularly with the “KAMs community”- sales, commercial/export, marketing teams in every  GBU, BL or entity in France and worldwide
•	Implementing and managing the Group’s Business intelligence tool (SymphonIE) in the country – creation of a weekly newsletter monitoring the UAE key markets

Full-time internship at Thales HQ, as a Business Intelligence Analyst within the Strategy, Research and Technologies Department 

• Benchmark analysis : realizing panoramas, analysis of the positioning and strategic evolutions of the key actors on one or multiple markets  
• Strategic analysis:  participating in prospective analysis and studies relating to key matters that can influence the company’s strategy 
• Creating ad hoc strategic monitoring when necessary on various subjects on the dedicated platforms , using various intelligence monitoring platforms
• Competitive intelligence: analysing information on a day-to-day basis and weekly publishing various newsletters : analysis/formatting/translating from french to english/distributing the collected data/advertise the newsletters within the group/

My missions as such were:
-Preparing several subjects for the students, interrogating for 20 minutes, giving a mark 
-Testing  their analysis capacities, ability to use their knowledge, to adapt to a given time  
-Giving a 10 minutes feedback, explaining the flaws of the presentations and how to improve
