The primary job responsibilities:

1. Analyzing financial data and making recommendations based on that data. This includes analyzing financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
2. Developing long-term financial strategies for the organization. This includes identifying areas for growth, developing budgets and financial plans, and identifying potential risks and opportunities.
3. Providing financial advice on a wide range of financial issues, including investments, financing, mergers and acquisitions, and risk management. They will help the board understand the financial implications of their decisions and recommend courses of action.
4. Monitoring financial performance of the organization and provide regular updates . They will identify trends and potential risks and recommend strategies to mitigate those risks.
5. Communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and regulatory bodies. They will provide reports and updates on the financial performance of the organization and ensure that all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
6. Ensuring compliance with all financial regulations and laws, developng policies and procedures to ensure compliance and monitor the organization's adherence to those policies.
7. Building relationships with the board, executive team, and other key stakeholders. They will work collaboratively with others to achieve the organization's financial goals and ensure that everyone is aligned with the organization's vision and mission.
