Buckman is USA Private Global Specialties Company, Operating in 6 continents with primary focus at three business division ; Pulp&Paper, Water Technologies and Leather. In Water Division there are some sub business focus on Performance Chemicals (Agriculture, Biofuel, Paint & Coatings, Metalworking and Wood Treatment). A part of Water Division was included Oil&Gas, Power & Utilities, Sugar & Ethanol, Heavy Industry and Middle Market. I was responsible in Water Technology and Performance Chemicals division for entity of South East Asia region . 

My responsible as Business Development Manager to develop business in South East Asia region and direct responsible for sales activities at Malaysia, Indonesia and Brunei area. This responsibe was budgeting, operate, preparing P&L, CAPEX , OPEC, set up business strategy, develop and expand new business in entity region. Special task force to support South Korea and Taiwan in delivering technical support to respective sales team members in such region, mainly for the business segment in Water Technology and Performance Chemicals. Developed product application and delivering technical support to all sales team members in the coverage region area. Create an opportunity in the industry market and open new business chanels to give full acces and support to sales team. Expand business in new emerging market with differentiation product application.

I was sucessfully developed new project in Sugar&Ethanol Industry, Power&Utility and Geothermal industry in Asia region. Creating enough marketing brochures, develop new product in all industrial segment and elevated case references from Asia region to global technical forum in USA. As case refererence resources in Sugar& Ethanol industry from Asia region. Open new access and channels on target key account target industry.

Business Development Manager-East Asia, Korea & Taiwan

After my successful career with Nalco, I was handpicked by one of Singapore headhunter company to joint with Buckman in last Nov 2008. I was a part of Buckman Great Team in Asia to develop company from "Good to Great" company under consulting project with Prosci Consulting Management-Singapore and Catalyst Consulting company from South Africa. The program as part of implementation of Jim Collin best seller book to be implemented in Buckman Asia organization.

Regional Manager Dirrect Water Technology and Performanace Chemical 

Responsible to sales operation in entity region of Singapore and Indonesia area. Preparing sales budget, CAPEX, OPEX, P&L, Monthly Sales Foresting of company in entity region area. As vocal point of sales and operation from both region during regular meeting in Asia head quarter office at Singapore.
Develop new business chanels distribution in both region area. Coordinated sales and technical support between all sales team members to customers and operation support team in Singapore office.

Also responsible to manage and coordinate engineering and project development team to cover for all Water Technology division  mainly in Heavy Industry and Middle Market segment to served and drive to achieve highest financial performance contribution. We developed project in water and wastewater related equipment to solved customer issue.

As Industrial Technical Consultant (ITC), my job function to give technical back up on problem solving to all sales team in Energy Service Division organization. Delivering technical sales training to all sales team at region. Develop new product application and make sure that all sales team members well known and equipped with the right technical knowledge and site application. As case reference resources for water and wastewater application in Asia region. 

During my job as ITC , I was successfully to developed seawater desalination technology and seawater macrofouling application technology. Both marketing tolls was developed together with related department in developing product, prepared detail application, case reference sharing , develop marketing brochure & PPT file, raw material produce resource selection and elevated the success story to globally.

As Account Manager, I am responsible in sales operation in key account customer majoring in Energy Services Down Stream Division covering for Petrochemical, Chemicals, Oil Refinery, Heavy Industry and Chemical Processing Industry. I am responsible in budgeting of CAPEX, OPEX , P&L business in the all current key account local and global customer like BP, Mitsubishi, DOW, Asahimas, Mitsui, Air Liquid, Indorama, Rohm & Haas and Toyo.
