This beautiful yet empowering quote from Oprah Winfrey really resonates with my journey to score the “pot of gold at the Rainbow’s end”, which in this case - SUCCESS. What’s my definition of success? Success for me is when you’re able to empower people with your influence and touch their lives. When you’re a great leader that leads by example. My road map to success is never easy, but I am always prepared to buckle up and get ready for the roller coaster ride of life 🌠

Impatiently devouring knowledge while working across companies and functions enabled me to birth my own ventures. My belief that there is a better way to integrate work and play motivates me to share my philosophy with others through speaking and networking. My passion for women's empowerment, cultural and social diversity, learning and development, mentoring fresh graduates and job seekers lights a fire beneath everything I do. 

I am an enthusiastic Marketing & Communications and Public Relation Practitioner and I help transform and grow companies into beloved brands as the Chief of Marketing and Communications. I’m also building the vibrant community Malaysian women want and deserve with my Women Empowerment Series podcast on YouTube and LinkedIn.

This video project is one of my small initiatives to educate and empower Malaysian women to reach their full potential, especially for the young woman or millennials. I also have another video project called "Inspiring Series Video Podcast" where I interviewed amazing individuals to share on their career journey and aspirations.

I’ve orchestrated events as emcee and most prominent is when I was given the opportunity to emcee the Global Drone Conference 2020.
