My life journey started in Tajikistan, one of the former republics of the Soviet Union. We lived in a large multinational country, until one day everything changed. After the collapse of the USSR, a civil war began in our republic, and none of our friends remained at all. In a moment of almost complete despair, I was saved by the opportunity to get an education in another country. So, I graduated from a Turkish university and made many good friends in this country. Then I returned to my homeland in the hope of starting a family and building a career. I have been fortunate to work with people who have contributed to my personal development and growth. My parents believed that it was possible to work in one place all my life, but they failed to convince me of this. One of the incentives for moving to St. Petersburg was the discord in the family, which I tried to maintain for almost 10 years. I had been influenced by my environment for a very long time. Everything changed when I decided to say YES to myself. This decision was the most influential one in my life. My worldview completely changed when I stopped being afraid of judgment or obsessing over getting someone to like me. This path to rediscovering myself took me over two decades. Probably, everything would have happened much faster if I had friends who really supported me. Despite the difference in views between my parents and myself, I am very grateful to them for their support. I have brought up my children by sharing with them my challenges, doubts and joys, I often reach out to them for a second opinion. I try not to limit my children, giving them the opportunity to decide and test the waters. I finally became a YES person. Now, I am a passionate and driven connector with high level business skills. I facilitate fusion of overseas businesses with reputable Russian counterparts to create mutually beneficial economic ties that contribute to the betterment of the commerce.
