I help separating parents resolve their differences and stop feeling overwhelmed or powerless, so they can better support their children and move on with their lives, through a comprehensive parenting plan process. I am an accredited FDR mediator, Resolution Institute Professional member and AMINZ Associate member. I have a Master of Laws (LLM) with First Class Honours in litigation and dispute resolution from the University of Auckland Law School and previously worked as a lawyer in Israel. I am the winner of the Fairway Resolution Anne Scragg Scholarship for research in mediation for 2019, and as part of my LLM studies completed a qualitative research project examining how fathers experience family mediation. I present on my area of expertise - how to better engage fathers in family mediation - to mediators and lawyers in NZ and overseas. I have eighteen years' experience as a business owner with a demonstrated history of business growth and excellence. I participated in Icehouse NZ's Owner Operator Programme for business growth for 3 years. I am skilled in negotiation, dispute resolution, business planning and strategy, family law, employment law, health and safety, operations, marketing, and sales. I led my business, SP Blinds, to be a finalist at the Westpac Business Awards 2014 in the Strategy and Planning category.
