Process Surveillance Engineering

NCOC (North Caspian Operating Company)

- Designated Process Engineering Technical Authority (TA3) for Process assurance of day-to-day
management of change & deviations, assessment of feasibility studies, technical safety reviews,
incident investigations, production optimisation efforts and execution of projects from detailed
design through to operate.
- Leading a team of 10 Process Engineers (comprising of JV secondee Chartered Senior Process
Engineers, local content and secondee Process Engineers) to safely deliver projects through Pre-
Feed, FEED to operations handover.
- Initiation of projects to optimize/debottleneck unit production throughput, increase unit
availability, increase energy efficiency and reduce greenhouse emission.
- Process Engineering focal point for liaison with Technical Directorate for due diligence of Pre-
FEED conceptual studies prior to handover for detail engineering.
- Responsible for delivery and execution of safety critical element assessment studies (e.g.
assurance of relief and blowdown systems) with third party engineering consultancies for
compliance to industry and NCOC performance standards; aligned across all stakeholders and
drove implementation of subsequent remedial plant modifications.

Process Engineering Team Lead

-	Troubleshooting oil and gas processing units upsets to ensure safe and on-spec 450,000 bbl,       35 MSm3, 4000 tons, 2000 tons per day oil, gas, sulphur, LPG production and exporting operations.
-	Reviewing and assessing low and medium potential risk plant hardware change proposals via Management of Change process, approving or providing alternative solutions to MOC initiators. 
-	Reviewing and assessing major plant expansion projects (>$10M) process engineering deliverables from concept selection phase through detail engineering. 
-	Leading Safety Critical Element (Barriers) health check and performances assessment audits.
-	Leading turnaround preparation activities e.g. reviewing TOST and BIST procedures focusing on flaring reduction, development vessels and columns inspection scope and check-list. 
-	Preparing professional development plan for graduate engineers and on-job training tasks.

Lead Process Engineer (Technical Authority III)

Ensuring on-spec ~11Msm3/d export gas quality. Responsible for the following units:
- Acid gas removal (16mole% H2S sour gas DEA sweetening)
- Sweet gas dehydration (Mol. sieve beds adsorption)
- Sweet gas conditioning (C3+ separation, HCDP)
- LPG de-mercaptanization (UOP MEROX)
- LPG and C5+ separation

Production Engineer (Gas processing facility)

Ensuring on-spec ~400kbbl/d oil export quality. Responsible for the following units:
- Oil, gas and water separation
- Oil stabilization (meeting RVP spec) and H2S removal
- Oil de-mercaptanization (UOP MEROX)
- Export oil storage and blending

Production Engineer (Oil processing facility)

- Leading, facilitating root cause analysis
- Leading repetitive equipment failures investigation
- Leading Offshore Asset threats and opportunities management process

Facilities Engineer (CMRP)

- Supporting start-up/commissioning phase activities
- Leading production deferment events troubleshooting and defect elimination
- Advising production chemicals injection rates

Production Support Supervisor (Acting)

KMGP

Process Engineering department. Responsibilities include:
-	Coordination and interaction with clients, vendors and other internal disciplines such as Mechanical, Piping, Control Systems from Pre-FEED phase to Detailed Engineering phase 
-	Development of P&IDs, PFDs, heat and mass balances, process descriptions and design basis
-	Line sizing, steady state and dynamic hydraulic calculations, control valve sizing
-	Equipment sizing calculations for pumps and atmospheric tanks
-	Input to instrument, equipment and hazardous area classification datasheets, line lists

Process Engineer (AMIChemE)

Tengizchevroil

Sour Gas Injection plant. Performed:
-	Daily monitoring of process parameters 
-	Troubleshoot plant operations and reliability issues
-	Hydraulic calculations and pressure drop determination
-	As built P&IDs review
