Safiah is a versatile professional with a proven track record in helping startups, SMEs, and government organizations enhance their customer experiences through design research and effective content. She won a President*s Design Award in 2018 where her role in the team was to communicate research insights and possible solutions to advocate for policy changes for caregivers in Singapore. She has a knack for producing compelling B2B and B2C content and has created multiple viral videos in the food niche in Singapore. Safiah's expertise extends to building and scaling content pipelines for an accounting SaaS company, with successful projects spanning the UK, Hong Kong, and Singapore. Safiah recently completed her Masters in Digital Management at Hyper Island Asia and participated in Boston Consulting Group's Rapid Immersion and Skills Enhancement (RISE) Program, specializing in Digital Transformation & Change Management.
