Additionally, as a Social Media & Marketing Communications Executive, I created engaging content for various social media platforms, generated new audiences, and aligned social media tactics with the company's marketing strategy. My experience as a Front Desk Officer at Tiarasa Escapes Glamping Resort taught me the importance of providing excellent customer service, being adaptable and accountable, and working collaboratively with others to achieve common goals.
