A tech CRM service provider that uses technology to identify, connect and support employers and their employees via an online platform, to support recruiters in the education sector to identify key candidates. 

•	Leading and managing a team of developers, support and admin employees with project management and wellbeing 
•	Influencing senior management to include wellbeing and DEI practices to enhance the people agenda for a healthy and happy workforce that are productive. Influencing around creating a psychologically safe working space that people feel they can share without any repercussion. The tech industry also has high levels of burn out especially amongst neurodiverse talent. 
•	Understanding and sharing best practices around engaging with neurodiverse workforces 
•	Employee engagement, coaching, mentoring and internal communication to ensure that everyone feels a sense of purpose and belonging. Created resources, walk and talks, proactive everyday activities for wellbeing.

•	Collaborated and worked with various stakeholders to provide advisory support and consulting on the risks, additional development needs based on client and market trends.

A wellbeing service provider that uses technology to identify, connect and support employers and their employees via an online mental health platform, to pinpoint at-risk individuals. Exists to spot poor mental health and negotiate sometimes-difficult conversations.

•	Researching and creating relevant and engaging wellbeing content shared with employees and employers on topics of Sleep, Mental Health, Fulfilment, Connection, Financial Wellbeing, Body, Mind, Emotions, Online Safety. •	Representing Govox at key events to share upcoming trends, data and wellbeing strategies
•	Advising the Govox Leadership team and clients in areas of DEI, wellbeing strategy frameworks, leadership training, data analysis, wellbeing marketplace, innovation in wellbeing, ISO 45003, Neurodiversity.
•	Working with the head of Govox Mental Health training academy to give guidance on mental health programmes, what works and the value on investment of such programmes. This covered wellbeing champions, DEI, MHFA, Mental health for senior leadership and middle manager to give them the confidence to manage conversation positive mental health.

Formulated a holistic Wellbeing Strategy (physical, mental, financial and social) co-creating with the Global IKEA function to deliver a 3 year plan for addressing the priorities to lead the business in its Wellbeing direction.
• Successful implementation of financial wellbeing initiative focusing on financial education, help to save, savings and advance. 66% of people were either in debt, struggling or just making ends meet, it was a major stress factor. Aim was also to encourage better debt management and MOT for financial fitness. Engagement was up 19% in the first month, 34% in the 2nd month.
• Working alongside the Rewards team to align the Wellbeing Strategy to the Benefits Strategy through a market analysis of providers to reduce cost inefficiencies. Reduced one provider’s claim to increase by 15% to only a 1.5% increase. Cost Saving of 13.5%
• Worked with the Total Rewards team to look at the Nuffield Health Assessments, EAP usage, Medical health insurance, Reward Gateway, to collate and run an audit to show a value/return on investment.
