Configured network gear via software defined networking (Python). Installed distribution and access layer switches. Worked with vendors to install and test Meraki access points.
-	Exchange and Office 365 administration including licensing, calendar and delegate permissions, creation and management of distribution lists. Managed via PowerShell and GUI.
-	Provided mobile device support and troubleshooting including iOS and Android, Mobile Device Management, Duo 2-Factor Authentication.

•	Led above office for three months while lead technician was out working on projects, including scheduling & training of staff, supervision of daily tasks for four technicians, and handling customer escalations & special projects.
•	Took on role as networking SME for Seattle campus, including assisting Global Operations with troubleshooting of wired and wireless networking issues, configuration of access and distribution layer switches, Aruba WAP administration & troubleshooting.

Software supported included Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, VPN (WatchGuard SSL VPN client and Microsoft DirectAccess), Citrix suite (GoToMeeting), and WatchGuard internal tools.
• Served as primary on-call contact for incident response outside of business hours. Led incident response for business critical outages, including triaging issues and identifying internal resources that were needed for resolution (systems engineers, network engineers, and internal development resources). Provided incident timelines and assisted with post-mortem evaluation of incidents.
•	Active Directory administration including new user creation, editing of user attributes, Group Policy updates, and group maintenance. Some PowerShell scripting for automation of these tasks.
• Office 365 administration including license management, user management, group creation, sync from on-premises Exchange environment, email delivery troubleshooting including mail trace and spam filtering.
