As an Investigation team lead, I acted as a Coach and supported associates on the floor. I interfaced with the team manager or operations manager, who manages the overall performance associates and queue. I had indirect people management responsibility.

My Job Responsibilities included:

1. The point of contact for the resolution of escalations.
2. Providing floor support and feedback to Associates on with a focus on improving productivity and quality of the team

8. Assisting the Team Manager/Ops Manager/ Site Manager in gathering data and preparing reports for analysis

Investigations Team Lead

Deemed Team Lead at Amazon is a Management Trainee/on job learning experience provided to the Sr. Associates to scale them to understand the responsibilities of a Team Lead and meet the expectation of the Business Operations. This program with its curriculum assists in transitioning from an Individual Contributor to a People Manager.
