Leading and guiding Agile Transformation via the Theory of Constraints, applying changes using TOC's Thinking Processes (what to change, what to change to, and how to cause the change ) to align and agree to focus on the important things first, simplifying a complex technology ecosystem, and moving to the desired future state.  A throughput accounting approach was used to order the changes into a transition plan.   Establishing flow was first with activities to get work ready, control wip at various levels and measuring progress with lean metrics.  This helped to establish a Scrumban flow. Constraints based thinking used to continue improvement efforts such as remediating technical debt.  Results included a 5 times reduction in cycle time for project/initiative compared to previous efforts and by unlocking capacity improvements continue to be made.  The company has been left with the ways to continue its improvement by itself.

ToC is used as a backbone to help guide improvement efforts using Agile and Lean Techniques.
