Regional Grand Finale - Central European Startup Awards 

In 2019 I managed both the national competition and the regional event held under the Central European Startup Awards Brand. As a Project Manager, my role was to plan, set objectives, develop communication strategies as well as budgets together with my colleagues and get involved in the implementation phase. 

- Managing the national competition phase translated into promoting and communicating it, keeping a close relationship with the involved stakeholders and coordinating with the team in Budapest. As a result of our efforts, there were 800 nominations registered and a group of highly appreciated and specialized professionals involved as ambassadors, advisors and jury members.

- The Grand Finale event took place in Bucharest and brought together over 500 participants from CEE for an Ecosystem Summit and an Awards Gala. My role involved coordinating the communication and planning process as well as working together with a team in order to reach our targets regarding attendance, impact, creating opportunities for meaningful connections and a professional space that fostered innovation, creativity and collaboration.
