Showcasing the institution's values to a wide range of potential students, parents, and other students from various countries and backgrounds on campus open days and during online webinars organised on the institution's behalf. 

Supporting the admissions and student recruitment team to manage students activities during new session enrolments.  

Managing groups during campus excursions to showcase the institution's facilities and increase prospective students' awareness of positive campus experiences. 

Ensuring that no recruitment opportunity is lost by escalating prospective students' concerns about recruitment delays to the admissions and recruitment team. 

Projecting our student support values to prospective students by addressing and resolving all of their concerns promptly and appropriately, which has resulted in an increase in positive comments and ratings regarding the institution's student support competencies. 

Participating in online recruitment events, sharing my experience, and answering questions candidly via chat and video in order to adequately prepare prospective students for their arrival. 

Supporting prospective students to navigate the school's application, admissions, and visa application processes to minimise the challenges associated with each stage, while ensuring that all processes are completed adequately.

Contributing advice and recommendations to improve the activities of the student recruitment department and the impacts on the school's reputation in general.
