Management of a recent crisis incurred through a failed investement and recovery of involved assets. The case in question is the prominent failure of Teak Holz International (THI), where Forstbetrieb Graf Pilati was one of the main creditors.
In order to live through the crisis another task was to restructure the company, which was denied. SO the following task was to sell the company, which succeeded.
