1.	General management
•	Lead the sales team in order to achieve the sales target and the objectives within the designated area
•	Ensure the execution of promotional actions, marketing projects and report the result to the Top Management
•	Develop and constantly update together with the sales team member the efficient coverage of the area by designing an optimum routing system and the section coverage
•	Monitor and increase the KPIs
•	Monitor, identify and recommend better ways for decreasing the costs for the team members (auto costs, delivery drivers – number of km, fuel, repairs, accommodation)

•	Coordinate the implementation of DPSM objectives of the team
