*Microbiological examination and control of raw materials, packaging component, development and finished products, retest materials and stability sample
*To ensure compliance with current good laboratory practices, SOPs and proper functioning of the equipment.
*Preparation of media for analysis.
*Microbial analysis of water used for production
*Microbial enumeration test and specific organism on sample (product raw material and packaging material)
*Sterility test on sterile product (product and raw materials, packaging material)
*Stability testing of all relevant materials
*Maintenance of accurate record of all media and other consumables
*Carry out instrument checks and recording on maintenance of the correct temperature of all incubator, ovens, water baths etc
*Maintain and calibrate all analytical instruments that require calibration
*Carries out any other functions as may be assigned by the management.
*Making sure that Quality assurance profile (QAP) and request for analytical information test note are generated.
*Timely release of products (blend and finished) and stability
*Timely and accurate sampling of raw materials
*Maintain good house keeping
*Conform to cGMP and GDP standard
*Timely release of raw materials and water sample
