Managed the Secretariat; ensured proper documents handling as well as coordinated appointments with service providers and stakeholders for the mission. 

Undertook procurement and served as the liaison person for travel: armament of travel tickets, itineraries and hotels) and deployment of logistics including processing visa on arrival and visa extension leading to effective management of time and resources as well as built confidence of the travelers.

A Poll Survey on the rate of compliance and awareness on the Administration of Criminal Justice Act (2015) in Federal Capital Territory (FCT)
•	Distributed questionnaires for the poll survey as while interacting with respondents on their general experiences that may not have been included in/captured on the questionnaire responses. This provided me with the opportunity of gaining access to some officers/offices I may not have been able to get to in my personal capacity. 
•	Prepared and submitted report on the assignment including observation and recommendation to guide in future project design.

Research Assistant

Coordinated the recruitment, training and deployment of state coordinators, local government supervisors and observers in all the 5 states and all the LGAs in the South-East zone ahead of deployment during the 2015 general elections in Nigeria as well as being first line of contact with people from the geo-political zone. Produced activity reports and other M & E documentations requirements. Helped in the evaluation and supporting of requests emanating from the zone. 

Co-facilitated training and the coordination of Data Clerks as well as in data management at the National Information Center (NIC) on Election Days, with focus on South East observers’ reports. 

Documented the outcomes and expectations arising from trainings and concerns from the zone that led to effective program operations and restructuring in the zone.

United Nations Development Program (DGD Project)

Supported the Program Team in the monitoring and evaluation of DGD Project activities in the states; among which was the support to the planning of program events/activities and good administration/logistics support rendered to the Contract Monitoring Team. Focused on achievement of result (value for donors’s fund, documentation and impact to the end users-the community). The monitoring of implementation of the activities made the Implementing Partners knew that their deliverables were measured and it made them more conscious on best practices to guarantee continued funding/collaboration with the funder. 

Supported the program Team to track trends and news analysis through keeping track of scheduled TV and Radio appearances coordinated by the Implementing Partners. 

Compiled activity updates and reports; ensured that there were Means of Verification (MoV) to back up report.  Documented followed up actions.

What we don't know, we don't know. 

But that does not mean that everything we don't know will be too difficult to learn.

A friend of mine abroad spent a whole day trying to set an Excel document into printable area but the page kept breaking and cutting. A simple adjustment of Page Break.

He called me to vent his frustrations because he needed to share the document with their Regional Director, in PDF format, ASAP. 

I suggested how he should try to adjust it but he was already too stressed to understand.

However, he pleaded to share the document so that I can appreciate how difficult it has been for him, and if I could help him fix it. (As an official document, it was not in English, so he knew i cant read it. But trust came in too).

In less than 2 minutes, I adjusted the page break on each sheet, converted it into PDF and returned it to him. 

He was surprised and his response were "thank you very much, you have saved me, I have been on this since morning, I owe you". 

I told him that it was a simple thing but he said "na u sabi that one". 

I promised to build his capacity so that he won't share another document for me to fix. 

It's unethical to share official document with non Team members.

My point here is that, 
1. Somethings we don't know are not as difficult as we think. 

2. You may know the big things yet get cut up with minor things.

3.Just remain open to learning. 

4. Requesting for help does not make us weak.

5. Sometimes, the Ogas at the top may not understand or care about what went on behind the scenes so long as you deliver. Just do it.

Air Peace and Airlines price slash. 

People are asking what should Air Peace do now that Foreign Airlines are cutting their prices to frustrate their efforts. 

I think first, that those Airlines involved should be sued by Nigerian Government and frequent passengers for defrauding Nigerians with excessive charges in the past, since it has become obvious and established that they could have been fine if they changed lesser all this months. It's not fair.

Imagine how many people who have lost great opportunities to travel because they could not afford it or they ended up using up the money saved for others things; in this Nigeria of today.

Imagine the number of foreign students whose parents could not return to school or who had to loose admissions.

Imagine the number of women including pregnant women who could not keep up with their medical schedules because the cost of traveling alone became huge.

This is not to say that I suppose medical tourism. Nigeria should fix the hospitals and continue to train and retain our Doctors here. Ours education system should equally be fix so that we reduce some of this situations.

Secondly, those who are already used to traveling, who had even planned their movements based on the initial prices before Air Peace came on board should not patronize the so called new introduced price list. It means that this category of people can sill afford to fly with Air Peace despite the price slash/difference. 

Therefore, Nigerian Lawyers should please advice Nigerian Government.
