- Develop a motivation system and KPI for the marketing department.
- Consulting business owners on marketing, strategy, branding and rebranding, systematization also.

Key achievements:
1) Launching for 2 startups in Ukraine and Poland.
2) Rebranding for 5 companies in the Ukrainian market.
3) Development and implementation of 10 brand and communication strategies.
4) Brand Consulting for 18 businesses in Ukraine, USA, Vietnam, Turkish.
5) The average duration of work with one client is more than 6 months.
6) 80% of clients came based on recommendations.

Brand Strategist

Key responsibilities:
- Communication with clients (briefing, presentation, sessions, meetings and summary). 
- Research of the client, market, target audience, competitors, trends in the sphere. 
- Creating the brand-platform and defines metaphor of the brand.
- Develop design concepts (selecting colors, images, typography, graphic elements, logo and layout for a brand).
- Development of design carriers for websites, signs, magazine covers, annual reports, advertisements, and social media, printing, presentation, web-sites, merch. 
- Pre-press and cooperate with printing houses (catalogs, price lists, postcards, business cards, certificates).
- Development wireframes, mockups, templates and prototypes.
- Reviewing designs for errors before they are printed or published.
- Collaborating with a team to define and achieve the goals and objectives.
- Cooperating with a client's marketing department.

1) Carried out 2 complete rebranding: 
Rebranding a group of companies in the beauty sphere Lamour Beauty from Ukraine.
Rebranding dance school Pole Strong Family from Poland.
2) Create a process of identity development for existing businesses.
3) Support from one to three projects at the same time.
