Bayode is also a distinguished fellow of the Young African Leadership Initiative (YALI) and has earned an MBA degree from Nexford University, USA. In 2018, he successfully organized one of Nigeria's largest cancer awareness events, Race against Cancer In Nigeria, which united over 5,000 students from tertiary institutions amongst many more health-related projects he has successfully achieved. He has been recognized with prestigious awards, including the Diana Award, the highest accolade for young individuals conferred by the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.
