As the founder of Finsmart Hub, I am passionate about empowering low-income and unbanked populations in Kenya with financial literacy and inclusion solutions. I launched and scaled Finsmart Hub to over 1000 users in less than a year, achieving a 95% customer satisfaction rate and a 30% revenue growth. With a strong background in logistics and supply chain management, I have designed and implemented process improvements that streamlined activities, reduced costs, and increased performance and quality. in my previous roles at National Bank of Kenya and Crestwood Marketing & Communications. I also leveraged my design thinking and user-centered design skills to enhance customer experience and retention.
