What is Value & Analytics?
The Value & Analytics function is chartered to redefine how Gong and our customers use data to answer strategic questions, and extract more value out of our technology. We partner with customers to build data driven business cases, we help our leaders perform strategic analyses, and we build tools for scale.

Why did I join Gong?
I've always been fascinated by the relationships between business value, technology, data and sales behaviors, and did a lot of work studying those relationships during my time at Salesforce. Gong has taken this space to a whole new level, and built it into a game changing technology that will transform the world of sales.

As a Senior Director in the Business Value Services group lead the Business Value Expansion competency tasked to help customers measure and expand their Salesforce business value. I built, piloted and scaled unique business value methodologies using value selling, machine learning, and financial models.


I'm a Senior Director in the Business Value Services organization at Salesforce. In my role I support the Salesforce's Enterprise Sales organization, helping Fortune 500 companies to justify and increase the ROI from their Salesforce investment.
