At MacPaw, our organizational coaching service supports and enhances organizational changes by providing the following:
- coaching, mentoring, or consultation to support individual requests (mental health, personal, development, leadership maturity)
- team coaching/facilitation/education to support a request from a team or its manager (team maturity, performance, effectiveness, burnout, conflicts). 
- long-term support supporting a team or group of teams (starting teams, enhancing their self-organization and maturity)
- creating education about developing skills(leadership skills and capacities, goal-setting, team collaboration, personal well-being, etc.)
- participating in the organizational transformation process and supporting working groups
- participating, initiating, and leading organizational projects

My role as Scrum Master in MacPaw now includes more than SM in Scrum framework does. 
But at the start, there were a lot of awesome mistakes and experience that helped me to be now where I am. I worked with up to 5 teams while starting Agile changes in Marketing department. 
Now I'm working deeply with no more than 2 teams at a time. 

My main responsibilities now are:

- Teaching teams, team members, organization Agile Principles and Practices, Scrum framework, Kanban method and any useful knowledge that can help get the best benefit. 
- Mentoring team members, PO, teams with best Agile, Lean and other practices to force their growth and help them remove impediments. 
- Coaching team members and teams to help them find their best solutions needed for their request. 
- Facilitate scrum meetings, workshops, brainstorms, discussions, decision making; helping teams and organization come to solutions. 
- Remove impediments for teams and teach them how to do it. 
- Help teams do the right things right in the better way :) 
- Help process members to collaborate transparently, effectively, being open and result oriented. 

Also, I have these certifications: 

- CSM (Certified Scrum Master); 
- Kanban management professional (I and II levels);
- Conscious communication skills course;
- Graphical Facilitation (I, II, III modules);
- NVC (Non-Violent Communication) practitioner.

- Google Adwords optimisation and managing;
- Competitors research and monitoring;
- Marketing research and analysis;
- Sales Promotions;
- Co-manage email marketing and learn activities;
- Participation in products launches;
- Products support on download sites (updating versions, descriptions, etc)
- Regular reporting.
