Hi! I'm a full-stack marketer with a diverse skill set and a desire to make an impact. Besides having a deep understanding of marketing, I know how to google and get things done. After 15 years in marketing and project management, I developed strong expertise across email campaigns, public relations, social media, and web design. I am experienced in managing international teams to achieve ambitious goals. Digital marketing has always been the favorite part of my job, and cross-cultural communication is what I do on a daily basis. Coming from a family of self-made entrepreneurs, I learned much about business at a very early age. I started my career as a market analyst in a big media company. There, I learned how to identify and predict market trends as well as analyze sales and marketing key performance indicators. At the age of 23, I created my own business, a marketing agency that snowballed into a team of 10 specialists dedicated to developing positioning and promotional strategies. Running my own business helped me hone my skills in different areas, and namely, taught me how to: - develop marketing strategies to launch and market new products and services; - use customer feedback; - recruit and lead my dream team; - manage finances; - solve a wide range of issues; - ensure stakeholders' satisfaction. In 2016, I became a mom and had to close down my agency. Since then, I have worked remotely as an independent consultant with small and medium-sized businesses worldwide. In 2018—2019, I collaborated as a mentor and business coach with the Ministry of Production of Argentina. I enjoy catalyzing the growth of companies that produce innovative ideas and aspire to make this world a better place for all living beings. That is why I love working with entrepreneurs who run businesses with a focus on sustainability, contributing to solving the problem of climate change.
