1.Staff management, ownership  and engagement such as 
	Documenting their employment letters etc.
	Ensure that proper records and documentation are in place with respect to staff reference, qualifications, work history, guarantors, etc.
2. Carrying out all reasonable due diligence, pre-employment screening and reference checks on each Staff  
3.Ensuring Personnel are aware of and able to carry out the job responsibilities details hereto and shall adhere to any rules of interaction as determined by the organization with respect to members of the public and clientsof the organization.
4.Ensuring recruitment and on-boarding processes such as training, induction is been carried out.
5. Staff support Service
	Provide help desk support for staff
	Documentation of staff reports.
6. Address employee requests and potential issues (e.g. grievances)
7.Act as the point of contact for hiring managers, employees and other HR team members
8. Review and update job descriptions

I am passionate about creating awesome digital interface that are easy to use and with great user experience. Skilled in user research, prototyping and user interface design. I design UI/UX strategy for companies enterprise and I also have personal project apps on both web and mobile applications. Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, Adobe illustrator are the tools of my trade and skills.
