I prepared a 10-year project financial model and analysis including DSCR, IRR, break-even, NPV & WCR, investment pitch deck and implementation strategy attracting 5 international development finance institutions and successfully closing ~US$15M in debt funding with a further ~US$9M in commitments

- Designed an integrated financial and operation tracking model that addressed ~20% cost gap and fixed profitability problem 

- Designed currency hedging strategy and model for ~US$5M foreign loan with cost savings of ~US$1M over a 5-year period

- Preparing the investors’ engagement materials, building financial and business valuation models, facilitating the due-diligence process and facilitating the Transaction Implementation Process in a Buy-Out Transaction of a top insurance company in Nigeria
- Working with the team on the organizational restructuring of Lafarge Africa Plc and Lafarge Readymix which was intended to take advantage of the use of economy of scale and potentially improving the operating and administrative efficiencies
- Building a financial and business valuation model for a multinational oil trading client for the purpose of an independent valuation, and
- Preparing the investors’ engagement materials, and building a financial and business valuation model for an independent gas-powered plant with a view of raising debt and/or equity capital

I was involved in over $500M in debt issues and equity capital raise deals, and over $250M in M&A deals.
