As a Project Manager at SCIMUS, I guide few IT development teams. Each team has its own way of managing projects:

- Teams developing features using Javascript and PHP work with the SCRUM method.
- The support team, working on Magento online-stores support, uses the Waterfall method.

In my role as an Agile team manager, I am responsible for:
- Preparing the backlog.
- Writing descriptions of features.
- Planning sprints.
- Facilitating different types of SCRUM meetings (planning, retrospective, sprint review, backlog grooming).
- Communicating with project stakeholders. 

I believe in continuous learning and improvement. I also is responsible for:
- Creating development plans for my team members.
- Planning the release of new work.
- Collecting and analyzing data.
- Providing reports using different types of PM metrics. 

I am proficient with various project management tools and techniques, such as:
- Agile and Waterfall methodologies for managing different project life cycles.
- Gantt charts for visualizing project schedules.
- Risk management strategies to identify and mitigate potential issues.
- Stakeholder management techniques to ensure effective communication and expectation management.
- Team leadership strategies for motivating and guiding team members towards common goals.
- Budget management to ensure projects are completed within financial constraints.
- Time management skills to meet project deadlines effectively.

In my daily work, I use a range of tools as: 
- Magento e-commerce platform for administering online stores.
- Jira, JQL, and Jira Automation for project management.
- MS Excel, Chat GPT, and Google Services for various tasks. 

I have basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, SQL, Test Trail, and Docker.

- I worked closely with the business owner. We set goals together and then I organized a plan to reach them. I also worked well with my team, helping to create and complete our project.
- Part of my job was to make and explain plans for visual displays. I was in charge of the team, and I made sure we did everything we needed to do to put these plans into action.
- I also made sure to write down all the steps for how things are done in the company. This was an important part of making sure everything ran smoothly.
