Following my entrepreneurial spirit and desire to create innovative software solutions, I founded Olearis, a software development company, after my journey at Quickoffice. As the Founder and CEO of Olearis, I had the privilege of leading a small team of enthusiasts and transforming it into a thriving organization over the course of 10 years.

At Olearis, we focused on delivering exceptional software solutions tailored to our clients' needs. Through our passion for technology and dedication to quality, we successfully delivered dozens of solutions that met and exceeded client expectations. From initial concept to final implementation, our team consistently demonstrated our commitment to excellence.

One of my primary goals as the CEO was to build a professional company with solid engineering processes. I prioritized establishing efficient workflows, implementing best practices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This resulted in Olearis becoming a highly efficient and great place to work, attracting and retaining top talent in the industry.

Currently, Olearis boasts a team of 50+ skilled employees who share our commitment to excellence. Together, we continue to seek new opportunities to create innovative solutions, expand our client base, and contribute to the advancement of the software development industry.

UpLife

As a Co-founder of UpLife, a transformative startup focused on improving users' lives and mental health, I had the opportunity to create an impactful app available on both iOS and Android platforms. UpLife was designed to provide users with valuable tools and resources based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) principles, enhancing their overall well-being.

At UpLife, our mission was to empower users to take control of their mental health and lead fulfilling lives. Through a comprehensive understanding of CBT techniques, we developed a unique set of interactive tools within the app. These tools enabled users to engage in an immersive and interactive experience, facilitating personal growth and positive behavioral changes.

Since its inception, UpLife has successfully touched the lives of thousands of users, receiving heartfelt appreciation for its contribution to their mental well-being. Witnessing the positive impact our app had on individuals seeking support and guidance was truly fulfilling.

As a co-founder, I actively participated in various aspects of UpLife's journey. From conceptualization and strategic planning to product development and marketing, I worked closely with a dedicated team to bring our vision to life. Together, we crafted a user-centric app that prioritized ease of use, effective content delivery, and an engaging user experience.

The success of UpLife continues to motivate us to strive for future achievements. We are committed to refining and expanding our app's features, incorporating user feedback, and staying at the forefront of advancements in mental health technology.

Oxygen Soft

As the Founder and CEO of Olearis, I continuously sought opportunities for growth and innovation. During my time at Olearis, I identified a unique chance to leverage our experience and knowledge to establish a standalone company with a slightly different, more aggressive culture. This led to the creation of Oxygen Soft, a company driven by young and passionate developers eager to experiment and explore new possibilities with multiple customers.

At Oxygen Soft, we embraced a culture of innovation and fostered an environment that encouraged our team to push boundaries and embrace challenges. With our expertise and drive, we successfully built our own customer base and established ourselves as a prominent player in the industry.

The journey with Oxygen Soft was incredibly exciting and rewarding. Within a relatively short period, we achieved significant success and made a lasting impact. However, our dedication and hard work did not go unnoticed, and after a little over a year, our strategic partner, Beetroot, recognized the value we had created and decided to acquire Oxygen Soft.

The acquisition by Beetroot marked a pivotal moment in our journey, as it brought new opportunities for collaboration and growth within a larger organization. It was a testament to the dedication and accomplishments of our team at Oxygen Soft.

Quickoffice

After a successful tenure as an Engineering Manager at Quickoffice, I transitioned into the role of Product Owner, leveraging my technical expertise to drive the success of our iOS team. In this position, I had the privilege of leading a total of 8 Scrum teams, comprising 60 engineers, and overseeing the product requirements for the entire team.

As the Product Owner, I played a vital role in bridging the gap between our technical teams and the product vision. I worked closely with stakeholders, including executives, designers, and engineers, to define and prioritize product requirements that aligned with our overall company strategy.

One of my key responsibilities was creating and maintaining clear, concise, and actionable product requirements that guided the development efforts of our Scrum teams. By collaborating closely with the engineering and design departments, I ensured that our products met both technical and user experience standards.

Throughout my time at Quickoffice, we experienced a significant milestone when Google acquired the company. This acquisition marked a new chapter in our journey, providing exciting opportunities for collaboration and growth within the Google ecosystem.

Following the acquisition, I made the decision to embark on my own entrepreneurial journey outside of Quickoffice. This allowed me to explore new challenges and further expand my skills and experiences in the industry.

Working in the product department at Quickoffice was a valuable and enriching experience that allowed me to contribute to the success of the company. I am proud of the accomplishments achieved by the teams I led and the products we delivered to users.

Product Owner

As the Engineering Manager at Quickoffice, I had the privilege of leading a talented team during a pivotal moment in the mobile era. Quickoffice was a trailblazing company that played a crucial role in shaping the landscape of mobile productivity.

During my tenure, we spearheaded the development of one of the first iPhone Office suites, revolutionizing the way professionals worked on their mobile devices. Our team's achievement included creating a fully compatible suite that seamlessly handled MS Office formats and empowered users to edit spreadsheets, documents, and presentations.

In my role, I was responsible for overseeing the development process, ensuring that our team delivered innovative solutions and met project objectives. I worked closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and product managers, to gather requirements and translate them into actionable plans.

Additionally, I played a pivotal role in enhancing the compatibility of our iPhone Office suite with MS Office formats, allowing users to seamlessly transition between different platforms. I provided technical guidance and mentorship to the team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Throughout the development cycle, I prioritized quality and performance by implementing rigorous testing procedures, debugging, and troubleshooting. By staying abreast of the latest advancements in mobile app development, I ensured our suite incorporated industry best practices and emerging technologies.

Working at Quickoffice was an exhilarating experience, as we were pioneers in an ever-evolving industry. The opportunity to lead a team in creating innovative mobile solutions that redefined productivity was truly rewarding.
