I host the Austin chapter of Crypto Mondays. CryptoMondays is a Meetup for people who are passionate about Crypto, who want to talk about Crypto, learn about Crypto, find jobs in Crypto, hire people in Crypto, and who want to leverage Crypto to make the world a better place. The first CryptoMondays was started in NYC on 1/8/18. Today, we have chapters in over 60 cities around the world (Shanghai, Los Angeles, Medellin, Tel Aviv, Paris, London, Miami, San Juan, Singapore, San Francisco, Malta, Tokyo, Las Vegas, Denver, Athens, Medellin, ....).

Originally joined a 400 person, international online art auction to lead the US market and merge the German and US companies operationally and reporting wise. Upon an unexpected insolvency filing by the German parent, worked on an investor-backed management buyout of the US sub which successfully closed within a few weeks.  Post buyout, assisted with a restructuring with a focus on profitability.

Viggle Inc.

Working closely with general counsel and executive management to develop and implement the go-forward strategy for 3 subsidiaries based on performance and cash needs of each. Assisting in due diligence exercises on acquisition targets, and integrating their accounting data systems and data.  Managed the accounting/finance aspects of a 70% asset sale, carve out of 2 years of financial data and 10-K restatements. 

Responsible for all accounting/finance related activities including 10-Q, 10-K and S-1 filings, implementing policies/procedures, holding analyst calls, working on debt and equity raises, management reporting, budgeting, monthly close, cash, payroll, audit, tax filings, etc.

Oversaw all finance/accounting operations and a team of 7 accountants. Prepared monthly GAAP financial statements for four subsidiaries and the consolidated company, managed annual audit/tax filings, implemented accounting and reporting software, and assisted with Salesforce implementation. Managed daily cash advances and monitored cash availability. Reviewed business processes to establish daily advance cutoffs, identify process weaknesses and design controls. Worked closely with management on new product launch.
