Choosing only one label for my professional activity, I would settle for "lifelong learning advocate". After 7 years of significant achievements in advertising agencies, I realized that my personal mission definitely was not to help rich brands become even more prosperous. After completing my second degree as a teacher of philosophy and religious studies (topics I could talk about endlessly) and spending five years at the pedagogical university (well, the learning journey took me over and I ended as a PhD candidate), I focused on working with fulfillment at work topic. My interests revolve around crafting employee experiences and creating what we would call the dream workplace. For the past five years, I have been working with employer branding, candidate / employee journey, and also creating learning strategies for organizations. I believe enabling people and empowering them to reach their potential is possible by creating a supportive, nurturing culture, opportunities for personal and professional growth, conscious leadership and individual attitude. Even at work, we keep being human – curious, spontaneous, creative, and social. Why not create the most welcoming conditions to keep us thriving?
