I was employed as a night auditor and eventually promoted to Night Shift Supervisor and then to Night Manager.
My duties there:
- Responsible for every hotel operation at night, dealing with difficult situations and disputes, both with the guests and hospitality team members, supervising nightshift team members.

Night Manager/Front Desk Supervisor

I worked as a Front Desk clerk, then after six months, I was promoted to a Front Desk Supervisor.
I supervised Front Desk operations, demonstrated and rented rooms suits, resolved problems and addressed guests complaints, provided excellent service for the hotel guests, and prepared reports.
The level of the service was very high. For many months, the hotel was the number one hotel on TripAdvisor.
