I served as a Data Management & Interoperability Research & Development Product Owner for geographically dispersed cross-functional teams, fostering alignment between numerous stakeholders of a complex multi-disciplinary program, and oversaw the whole product ownership via roadmap of Healthsuite Interoperability Solution development, playing a key role in facilitating prioritization, and ensuring customer first approach in product development. This breakthrough platform revolutionised the insurance industry by full automation of the manual work involved in customer assessment and decision-making, particularly in the domains of accident, property, travel and health insurance. 

In addition to customer deployments coordination, I assumed the role of a Product Owner within the Research & Development team and acted as a coach within Business Analysts team.

I was responsible for creation and execution of compelling business cases for the introduction of new business models and capabilities. Additionally, I took a pivotal role in advancing the retail project management agenda and pioneered agile transformation.

As the leader of a program focused on optimizing and automating the processing of personal loans, credit cards, SME credits, and mortgage applications, I achieved substantial improvements in critical retail business key performance indicators. This included reducing the 'Time to Yes' and 'Time to Cash' from multiple weeks to just a couple of hours, elevating customer Net Promoter Score (NPS), significantly decreasing banking costs, and enhancing overall conditions.

In collaboration with the Procurement department, business and IT, I orchestrated a successful tender process that identified the best fit for purpose platforms and vendors delivered the solutions, meeting specified quality, scope, budget and timeline requirements.

I took charge of an innovative project utilizing cutting-edge AI and Voice Recognition technologies to implement an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system. The primary objective was to enhance customer satisfaction, chiefly by eliminating call waiting times, thus maximizing Net Promoter Score (NPS).

I directed a groundbreaking project for the introduction of a new product, the virtual credit card, which marked its inaugural presence in the global market through our remote banking platform.

I had a leadership role in partnership with the Learning Center to spearhead the development and introduction of an innovative interactive distance learning system. This achievement enabled digital transformation via implementation of the new business processes and tools across 11 time zones, all while adhering to a tight budget.

As a Business Processes Analyst and a Team Leader in Business Process Analysis on the projects, I spearheaded a team responsible for modeling, optimizing, and reengineering lending business processes. Through a comprehensive approach that included Lean Six Sigma methodologies, we successfully achieved a significant transformation, reducing the processing time for personal loans applications from two weeks to just two hours that reduced internal costs, increased customers satisfaction and product attractiveness, and as the result overall revenue. 
This achievement was made possible through process optimization and automation of the complex decision-making logic.
