As a Career Coach and Consultant, I help professionals to achieve their career and life goals by leveraging my 25-year expertise in finance, sustainability, and business transformation. I have worked with market leaders in telecom, Big4, and industrial automation across diverse regions and industries, delivering financial strategies, management operating systems, and business turnarounds. I am also a CIMA Fellow, a CGMA Digital Mindset holder, and a certified coach from several reputable institutions. I am passionate about sustainability and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) issues, and I am currently pursuing a course on ESG and Sustainable Financial Strategy at the University of Oxford. I also serve as a Board Advisor at AICPA, where I advocate for sustainability across the EU, and as a Regional Engagement Committee Member at CIMA, where I support the professional development and networking of CIMA members in mainland Europe.
