My responsibility in Fratelli Borgioli Company is to maintain and to grow the worldwide clientele delivering high level of service
-	Constant monitoring of customers’ activities, habits and preferences in order to offer products and services they require at that very moment
-	Competitors analysis, product analysis, price analysis, analysis of market trends
-	Elaborate marketing strategy to gain new customers
-	Manage sales campaigns in the company showrooms and at the trade fairs
-	Visit customers and potential customers to present the brand and the collections
-	Coordinate back office activities with the colleagues
-	Coordinate payments and delivery process
-	Collaborate with stylist and pattern makers to better satisfy the customers’ requests
-	Copywriting of texts for company website, catalogues and other means of trade marketing and communication
-	Shooting of tutorial videos in English, Italian, Russian and Chinese to present new collections and different technical aspects of the product

During my experience in Braccialini spa I managed Russian, CIS and East European countries. Starting from June 2016 I have been also appointed to manage the areas of Far East, in particular China, Corea, Thailand, Singapore & Indonesia.

- coordinate sales activities to maintain existing direct network of wholesale customers in Russia & East Europe
- market mapping & further development of new accounts in new areas
- negotiate terms of collaboration with new business partners 
- define pricing policy, mark-up and margin to ensure the homogenuous price policy abroad
- oversee franchisee boutiques abroad, control of sales KPI, control that visual merchandising policy is maintained
- organize and coordinate sales campaigns in company showrooms and in the trade fairs
- constant contact with customers & agencies to gain feedback on sell-out figures, market requirements, information about competitors etc
- coordinate work with commercial operations & customer care team
- translate newsletters in Russian, German, Chinese 
- elaborate and provide the solutions to improve the distribution network & grow the sales
- coordinate sales with Braccialini licence holders (easywear, perfumes, watches etc)
- define business plan and distribution strategy in managed area
- elaborate semester/year budget & sales targets, control that forecast targets are then transformed in revenue
- forecast the sales campaign data in revenue and SKU to launch the production in time
- participate in elaboration of 3-year marketing and investment plan, definition of marketing and distribution plan for potential investors.
