Having started as a CPO, refined a sophisticated FinTech product idea and lead its implementation to a pre-MVP stage of development. Pulled together market research with legal and technology requirements, hired superior talent, executing on a rather constrained budget of $500K.

Led legal research into regulatory and anti-money laundering requirements and trends, for the countries within the target markets. Constructed a three-year legal roadmap for an entry into a group of Asian markets, on a budget of $150K, while obtaining legal opinions and local regulator memorandums. This represents a cost saving of as much as 5X, compared with what a typical FinTech startup would spend for this stage of development. 

Delivered actionable custdev metrics, by interviewing potential customers and partners and modeling sales channels, all while negotiating a substantial acquisition offer from a major Hong Kong company.

Collaborated with key shareholders on the business strategy and corporate structure, while taking into account the banking environment and tax considerations. After developing the business and investment financial models and streaming the cap table, was offered a CEO position.

During the CEO tenure attracted investments of $3M, at $14M valuation.

Supervised MVP delivery and actively participated in sales, marketing and business development, while validating product assumptions, together with the product and IT teams.

Generated two new product proposals, based on the backend capabilities, then started pre-marketing and reached preliminary agreements with potential clients and partners.

- Improve advised and helped with networking to over 100 promissing edtech, culture tech, fintech, music tech, hardware, urban and prop tech startups from Russia, EU, USA and Singapore, aiming to launch internationally. And monitored about 40000 startups across the globe.  

- Improve kick started popular science and english-speaking comedy market niches, revitalized jazz scene, reintroduced international cross-cultural festivals to Moscow landscape, brought innovations to technology and futuristic conferences. All operating under self-sustainable business models, including avante-garde jazz events. 

- Improve transformed art clusters, record studios, private schools and national parks through cultural, technology and educational innovations. 

 - Improve drafted the marketing strategy to hire english-speaking elderly volunteers for Sochi Olympics 2014. 

- Improve worked with corporate venture arms and family offices to develop M&A or investment strategies for edtech, HRtech, talent tech, industry 4.0, urban tech, resulting in successfull corporate actions.      

- Improve created, organized and promoted transformative communication environments (future games, unusual conferences, foresights, strategic sessions, workshops, debates etc) for the visionary leaders and agents of change in education, creative industries and urban development. 

Improve collaborates with artists and geeks, curators and organizers, venues and museums, embassies and cultural centers, emerging technologies startups, brands, businesses and investors in creative industries and territory development across the globe.

ARTPLAY Cultural Cluster

Launch executive for a major urban redevelopment project, an abandoned factory converted into a revitalized multifunctional cross-discipline space (100,000 m²). Within a year, Artplay SPB became one of the key urban go to locations in St Petersburg.

Led the project, from a set of cross-discipline concepts to the design and provided the construction oversight throughout.

Attracted key event organizers, promising startups and universities, recruited commercial sponsors and partners, partnered with interntional cultural centers.

Moscow International Forum for Innovative Development “Open Innovations”

Launch Executive and Art Director for the new exhibition format of a government forum Open Innovations. 
- Building a new kind of a show from the concept initiation to construction oversight  
- The concept included a storytelling kind of phisical and digital environment, allowed for 8 emerging technology industries representatives to enrich each other throughout exhibition formats, for example, to launch a collaboration between indutry 4.0 & AR/VR startups, or showcase popular science to family visitors.   
 - Show had more than 200 exhibitors and 15 000 visitors in 3 days, and the format have been adopted by the government afterwards.
